Insurance – Commercial Lines – Renewal Account Manager

Independent Insurance Agency located in Dublin, CA seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Renewal Account Manager with 3-5 years experience. Must have a current P & C License. We are looking for a qualified, motivated candidate to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include communication with clients, companies, and producers. Processing renewals to clients, completing applications, endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance and cancellations. 

Job Requirements and Qualifications include:
  • Must be licensed by the California Department of Insurance – Property & Casualty
  • Minimum 3 years experience in agency
  • Strong technical background – Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar working in a Network Environment
  • Experienced working paperless – ability to scan and attach documents
  • Applied Systems (TAM) Experience
  • Ability to learn multiple company platforms
  • Organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Team Member

  • Full time 8:15-4:15 M-Thursday, close on Friday @ 4pm.
